The smart watch comes with similar dimensions as its predecessor, but improves greatly in hardware specs. It is powered by an impressive 1GHz Dual-core processor that allows faster operation and smoother connectivity with your smartphone. You can accept/ignore calls, check messages and view all phone notifications easily on screen when the Gear 2 is paired with your device.

This 2014-released accessory flaunts a neat 1.63-inch Super AMOLED screen offering a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. It comes in a wearable IP67 certified (dust/water resistant) design and can be worn around the wrist like a regular watch. The operating system preloaded in its ROM is Tizen based platform and allows compatibility with Galaxy series devices. The device can even be used to control your Samsung digital HDTVs via WatchON Remote app and Infrared LED sensor. 

Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 pairs up with compatible devices via its Bluetooth 4.0. It features 512MB built-in RAM, 4GB internal ROM and accelerometer/gyro/heart rate sensors (ideal for fitness routines). An improved 2MP AF camera is also part of its sleek construction and allows HD 720p video recording. Other primary specs include - location tagging for photos, pedometer, S Voice support, Samsung apps and downloadable app support, music player and a 300mAh Li-Ion battery.
