Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 is the latest addition to Samsung's elite Note series. Introduced on September 04, 2013 at the IFA Berlin, this new phablet flaunts a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED touch display that slightly bigger than its predecessor Galaxy Note 2's 5.5-inch screen. The new handset is visibly thinner so far as width is concerned with 8.3mm thin bezels and smoother edges. The reduction in thickness makes it lighter as well as easier to slide down the pocket. Its multitouch supportive screen offers a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080p with 386 pixels packed inside per inch. The bar-form body of the device flaunts a stylish exchangeable textured-back cover.

Following in the footsteps of previous Note phablets, the Note 3 also comes with S Pen - only superior. The S Pen now features advanced support for a multitude of new apps and tools including Air Command - a combination of five unique features that provide speed and efficiency to your daily tasks. The 5 features are: 

Action Memo - a handwriting tool that allows you to write notes quickly and even give a command to be executed on the phone. Handwritten notes can also be converted into formatted text hence increasing the speed of input. 

Scrapbook - This feature gathers info from all across the internet as well as the phone storage and displays in the form of a comprehensive card so users can navigate through it easily. 

Screen Write - This unique app takes a mirror image of the page on screen and allows you to write notes on the image so you have a written record of what's important regarding the content on it.

S Finder - It is a powerful feature that allows global search of all content available on the device. You can deploy date/type/size and other filters to locate your data easily. S Finder also finds handwritten content such as Notes as well as Screen Writes.

Pen Window - This app enables you to draw using the S Pen. From sketches to graphical notes, sky is the limit with this creative feature. This unique tool also allows you to literally draw another window on the screen and use it for any task such as opening a browser or running an app. This not only helps in monitoring/performing multiple tasks, but also makes it fun as you go about it.

Specialized apps for the S Pen include enhanced S Note with syncing capability for access from another Samsung device and advanced Easy Clip for quick image cropping by just drawing required borders.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 boasts a truly powerful 1.9GHz Octa-core (eight cores) processor which is a combination of two Quad-core units of clock-rates 1.9GHz (A15) and 1.3GHz (A7) respectively. A mammoth 3GB of RAM is also included in the chipset which is a first in modern smartphones thus making this device completely lag-free and a super smooth operator. Google's Android OS v4.3 (Jelly Bean) is pre-loaded into the device ROM which provides an internal storage of 32

GB and a microSD expansion slot as well. Furthermore, the phablet improves camera specs of the Note 2 thereby introducing a 13MP rear image snapper with HDR, Dual Shot, concurrent movie/image capture and image stabilization features. A 2MP front cam is also available. Both cameras support Full HD 1080p resolution.
